Pecan cultivars ripening this week
Kanza
Faith
I love this time of year. The weather has cooled off and the sun feels
pleasantly warm when I'm walking through the pecan grove. Today, I spotted
even more cultivars with fully split shucks. Of note, Kanza was shuck
split today. That is about 17 days earlier than the average for Kanza. I
took lots of photos today so enjoy a tour of this week's ripe pecans!
